Bad ideas

Why we keep holding on to bad ideas, I have no clue. But we do.

Being able to tell it is a bad idea should be enough to make us throw it out the window. But noooo.

It is probably the hope that the bad idea will eventually have a good outcome. No matter how improbable it may be.  
I guess that's what makes a mistake, acting on bad ideas that are stuck on our heads, crossing our fingers for the impossible to happen.
