Somehow, what you don’t eat has always been a good definition of you. And it can definitely help define your social life.
But the other day I read an article that made me re-think this. “Are there really foods you don’t like, or just foods you haven’t liked yet?”
Am I doing a disservice to myself by not going back over my “I don’t like”s list?
Because I love eating things I like, wouldn’t it be better if there were even more things I loved?
I’m not really ready to go on a cheese tasting adventure… but it’s an idea worth considering.
